TCIRood was honored to lead the landscaping project for this breathtaking 26,000 sq. ft. waterfront estate, crafted to maximize panoramic water views from every vantage point inside the home. Designed by Affinity Architecture, the residence seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, and our team worked to enhance this vision without obstructing sightlines.

Guided by DJ Boca’s design, our approach focused on preserving the estate’s upland preserve by utilizing 100% native plant species, including Silver Buttonwoods and Horizontal Cocoplum. To create a striking first impression, we lined the grand entrance with towering Medjool Palms, accented by Vanda orchids, setting the tone for an estate that embodies both luxury and natural harmony.
