In 2014, Lifescape added to the estate’s allure with a rooftop garden atop a new garage, a proud display for a vintage car collection.

The landscape echoes the home’s modern architecture, offering spaces like a fire pit patio and a sunken terrace garden for luxurious outdoor relaxation. With attention to detail so fine that “Not a leaf on the ground” becomes the standard, our team meticulously tends to every inch from forest line to grand driveway entrance. Here, every weather pattern is a dance with unpredictability, and the steep ridge upon which the house sits poses its unique maintenance challenges.
