Naples, Florida is renowned for its picturesque beachfront properties, and one of the latest jewels in its crown is Marquesa at Bay Colony. This high-end condominium, located on the pristine shores of Naples, embarked on a remarkable transformation project that took over 1 year to complete. This ambitious venture saw the collaboration of many skilled professionals, with the goal of enhancing the living experience and elevating the aesthetics of this prestigious coastal retreat. All of the disciplines at BLUE Landscape & Outdoor Solutions (BLUE) collaborated with Architect Andrew Eisele and the team at Walker Contract Group to deliver a harmonious blend of luxury, sophistication, and coastal charm, reflecting the essence of Naples living.

In the initial phase of the project, BLUE’s Building and Outdoor Design Specialists (BODS) team took on the challenging task of transforming Marquesa’s outdoor spaces. They started by demolishing all existing pavers on the pool deck, parking lots, and entryway. The precision and craftsmanship of their work were evident as they reinstalled pavers, added pool coping, pool pavers, and precast wall caps and columns. The results not only improved the visual appeal but also elevated the functionality of these spaces.

Then BLUE’s Building and Landscape Construction Group (BLCG) took a significant step towards sustainability by rejuvenating the landscape.  The team removed a 30-year-old landscape surrounding the building, pool deck, and parking lots. Even the massive root balls of 30-ft Banyan Trees were removed. After a thorough demolition, the team installed new columns, redesigned planters, and added elegant fountains, breathing life into the surroundings.

Finally BLUE’s outdoor living and landscaping teams took over the transformation. With an investment of over $1.3 respectively, they ensured every detail was meticulously addressed. Drainage systems were installed, planters filled with a 90/10 mix, an advanced irrigation system was set up, and carefully selected plant materials were added to create a lush and inviting atmosphere.
