With lush landscaping, and a striking facade against bright flowers, sea grass, and the reflective glass of Manhattan’s skyscrapers, this project exemplifies a harmonious blend of contemporary design and natural beauty. Project highlights include:

• Architectural Beauty and Privacy: Hand-selected a beautiful paperbark maple tree integrated into the house design, ensuring harmony with the architectural vision.
• Lush Prairie Landscape: Planted thousands of ornamental native grasses and spring-flowering bulbs, mimicking a prairie-style landscape.
• Modern Walkway Design: Crafted a porcelain limestone jagged and staggered front walkway that complements the contemporary design.
• Immediate Privacy: Installed Leyland cypress trees for immediate privacy from neighboring houses.
• Unobstructed Views: Altered the backyard grade to provide unobstructed views of Manhattan, employing creative solutions to maximize vistas.
• Innovative Solutions: Designed a custom heated driveway to ease snow removal.
